DMCA Policy for Mordufer Bodensee Besetzung

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a Counter-Notification. If we receive a valid Counter-Notification, we may restore the removed content within 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user.

Your Counter-Notification must contain the following information:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the specific URLs or other unique identifying information of the material that was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Mordufer Bodensee Besetzung may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
